You have the most comfortable beds & pillows I’ve ever slept on.  It felt like you were sleeping on a cloud.  Your front desk personnel was quick to give us the name of your vendor.  That was so kind of her.  We will be buying some of those pillows.  Thank you for all your service.  Monica – Elgin, IL  July 2009

I mistakenly left my pillow in the room.  The receptionist answering the phone went directly to my room to look for it, and very promptly returned our call to say it was still there. They offered to keep it for us, and we’ll be back in the a to pick it up this Friday.  I truly appreciate her friendliness, willingness to help and consideration.  I’ve done this at other hotels, and no one has been as accommodating as your hotel.  I am glad that you’re able to help me save the hassle and expense of replacing it!  Fred – Neenah, WI

I have two teenage sons and a young daughter.  This is the first time that we have stayed at a hotel that had enough room for everyone to have their own beds.  It is a wonderful idea to have 3 queen size beds plus a couch.  I would stay at the Ramada over and over again, just based on that comfort alone, but the room was very comfortable.  I will definitely be staying again.   Kelli – Moline, IL

After an all night trip we were exhausted when we arrived on Thursday morning. We could not believe it when we were told that our room was ready.  We wasted no time to check in and then to take a nap while the kids went for a swim.  The graduation was a highlight of our lives and we so very much appreciate the close quarters and the shuttle bus.  We still use the complimentary water bottles you passed out.  Thank you for making our stay even more special.  It will not be forgotten.  God bless you all and God bless America and all the fine recruits who graduate from Great Lakes.  Winfried – Rosco, SD
